Brenden Mahmood, PharmD

Brenden Mahmood, PharmD, is the Lead Longevity Pharmacist at nuHx, where he works directly with clients to turn objective testing into clear, personalized plans. Drawing on his career as a clinical pharmacist and as a lifelong fitness and nutrition enthusiast, Brenden translates body composition, Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR), VO₂ max (AMR), VALD strength/force profiling, and mitochondrial function metrics into step-by-step programs that align training, nutrition, recovery, and daily habits with your goals.

Whether you come on your own or with an existing provider, he serves as your data guide—explaining results in plain language, setting 4–12 week milestones, and adjusting the plan as your Individual results change. Expect practical guidance on fueling (fasted vs. fed sessions), hydration, sleep, stress, and strength/conditioning progressions, plus simple check-ins and dashboards to track improvements in energy, body composition, endurance, strength, and recovery.

Brenden’s mission is straightforward: use data to remove guesswork, so every client walks away with a plan they understand, a schedule they can follow, and measurable progress toward resilience, performance, and long-term vitality.

Chris Finke

Chris Finke is a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Strength and Conditioning Coach at nuHx, passionate about helping clients achieve lasting health and longevity. Originally from Dayton, Ohio, and raised in Rock Hill, South Carolina, Chris holds certifications through the American Fitness Professionals and Associates (AFPA), PNOE in Metabolic Breath Analysis, and is a Corrective Exercise Specialist.

Before transitioning to health coaching, Chris spent 12 years as a golf professional, developing a deep understanding of performance, discipline, and mindset. Today, he combines that experience with a science-based approach to guide clients toward sustainable wellness and improved quality of life.
